While I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the South, living in North Carolina, South Carolina, and now Savannah, GA. I’m a nurse by trade, and spent 8 years in the Army National Guard as a combat medic. During my army tenure, I served a year long tour of duty in Iraq. I love singing with my church choir, I love being a nurse and having the chance to look after people during a difficult time in their lives, and my passion is writing. I now work as a nurse with BCBS, and live with my husband, Greg, and our two dogs, Cooper & Princess.
